Insurance coverage for GLP-1 medications typically requires a BMI over 27 with a comorbidity, or a BMI over 30 without a comorbidity.

However, we focus on each individual patient, their goals, their overall health, and not the specific numbers.

We require a follow-up every three months, either virtually via phone or video, or through an updated intake form. This is to ensure your progress is effectively monitored and documented. We also assess for any side effects, current BMI,  and review of your current vital signs. This helps to ensure safe and effective treatment. Follow up visits are only $49 for Compounded Medications or $99 for Brand Medications every 3 months.

Lab results are not required to begin treatment. If you have current lab results, you're welcome to include them for review, and the provider will review the results during your appointment. You can upload your labs on your intake form.
